Drama ini mengisahkan Jin Jung (Doh Kyung Soo) bekerja sebagai jaksa. Dia terkadang mengandalkan tindakan dan tipu daya yang bijaksana, daripada praktik hukum standar. Pada saat yang sama, ia memiliki rasa keadilan dan hati nurani yang dalam. Dia akan berdiri di sisi yang lemah dan berperang melawan yang jahat, mengeluarkan mata untuk keadilan yang nyata.
